Nabakalebar of lord sri jagannath

Nabakalebar is an ancient ritual associated with sri lord jagannath’s reformation. Where the old idols are burried and new idols are designed again.

The brahma the heart of Lord Sri jagannath is transfferred from the old idols to the new idols.

Last Nabakalebar happend in the year 1996 and this year Nabakalebar will happen in the end of march.
